Puppy

So around Christmas boyfriends sisters dog had puppies. The boyfriend of course fell in love with him and January 1st we brought him home:

Hes so lovely and very handsome (the pup not the boyfriend though hes pretty nice too!) but also very hyperactive and loves to bite things! Mostly my shoes but I figure thats a compliment that he chooses mine over the boyfriends?
I already had a dog myself and we were a bit worried about how he would react to a new dog in the house but he loves the puppy! They play all the time and hes extra gentle because the puppy is so tiny!

Ive been trying to thing of chew toys to make to keep the pup occupied... any ideas?

In the mean time he'll have to make do with my shoes.

Hey,
So it seems posting about the robot project spurred me on to finish it so I spent last night on it and now hes done!

I gave him to the boyfriend last night as he had been watching me make it I thought he might as well have it then & there.

Now I have to think of what to do next???

A New Project

Hey,

So Ive been thinking about starting a new project. I get this drive every so often to start something, really get into it for a while and then see something sparkly and forget all about it so I want to start something and finish it without getting distracted by something new..

I decided to have a peek around the interwebs to get some inspiration and found this:

I love felt and it looked cute enough for me to give to the boyfriend on Valentines Day (which also gives me a deadline).

I had a look at it for a while and decided the easiest way to start was to deconstruct it on paper:

It looked pretty simple so I've given it a start and here is the head so far:

Its going ok so far. I decided against the headphones and am going to stitch on the face instead of using beads.
We will see how it goes!!
